Open the help room, then get two good guns abd have 1,000 points left.

Clear the debris on the spiral staircase then go to the left. Run and jump and go prone underneath the grenade bag.

When it says "can't stand here" the glitch will work and zombies can't attack you, but runners can sometimes so be careful.

PS: Don't click or move the left stick.
