First, line up the two guards by the destroyed car and shoot. Then the two people by the steps, and last of all, the ones at the far end.

Then a guard and dog will come. Shoot them with one bullet each. When you have to kill General Amsel, make sure you have a sniper and a walther P38, and use your sniper to aim just in front of him, and then quickly change to your handgun, and shoot three times.

You will get both achievments, but to do these you must be good at CoD. Good luck!
