When you unlock the door that leads to the bowie knife 2 people go down into the tunnel and crouch in the end corners.
Right above the tunnel there should be a column above the hole.
Crouch in the corner of that column facing the window.
Zombies will come at you from that window. If they down you the glitch will stop (this does not work for dog rounds.
