Cheat:
Okay this is for the Dark Brotherhood. You need to join.

You kill the old lady in the orphanage and talk to a little kid in Windhelm.

Then go to sleep. You should get kidnapped.

Next you see three people and you should assassinate all three people.

Then ask Astrid if you can join the Brotherhood.

Now go to the Aanitary and go to one of the people. He has contacts of people who need to be assassinated.

After you accept, kill them. Then do all the work.

Keep going until there is one quest where you can take Astrid's horse Shadowmere.

Astrid will say you could keep him. He hasn't got that much exercise.

Shadowmere is the ultimate horse. You can not die unless you drop him off a big cliff.

He also regenerates health alot faster then other horses.

So you can practice two-handed, one-handed, and destruction stuff on him and he won't die.
