Cheat:
This glitch requires that you have about 10,000 gold.

Go to the Whiterun blacksmith and buy all the leather and leather strips, then go into Warmaidens and buy all the leather and leather strips.

Now if you want to go right away, go to forge and make leather bracers. These cost less materials to make the item, then turn around and sell the bracers for profit.

Next fast travel to Windhelm, go to the market and buy all the leather and leather strips to make more bracers. Then go to the forge and make the bracers and sell them again for profit.

Lastly, fast travel to Solitude and do the steps above again.

When you finish at Solitude, Winterhold should have restocked their inventory and you can do it again and again!
