Cheat:
Go to Riften to the Thieves Guild. Head to the front of the Temple of Mara and go up the steps until you see a barrel.

Jump on and ass shimmey up the roof, then whirlwind sprint over to the balcony - it will just carry you over.

Pick the lock (expert) or use the skeleton key.

Go inside and wipe the floor with the Bandits.

Then find the door and go down the creepy sewer. Look for the table and watch out for traps.

Pick the lock (expert) and take the valuable gems and Mercer's plans and Chillrend.

Go out the door to the Ratway Vaults and drop down and find the door to the Ragged Flaggon.

Then sit down and have an ale with Delvin!
