Cheat:
To do this you need to be at least 25 in conjuration.

You will also need a low novice spell. I recommend Bound Swords. You can buy this spell at the Einterhold College or any magic seller. You could use a different spell but this is the easiest one.

You want to have the novice conjuration perk so it costs half the magic.

Go find bandits or weak creatures. Go either behind a rock or on a hill where the enemy can't attack you.

Dual cast bound swords. Then sheath them. Just keep casting it and puttuing them away you will receive fast conjuration exp and get higher.

If you go to the College you join and get novice magic robes that can help you, or buy them.

This even works in high levels of conjuration. Hope you enjoy this cheat!
