Cheat:
This cheat is very simple and can get you that gold achievement really quickly.

What is required is a level 70 speech (with the investment perk) and a 100 pickpocket.

If you don't have a level 100 in pickpocket, get a lot of good pickpocket gear.
What you do first is go to Warmaidens and talk to the guy. Say I would like to invest in your store (500 gold). He will say excellent I think you will be glad you made this decision, and then you give him the gold.

He will say thank you, I'll be sure to put this to good use.

Then right when he is saying that store all your gold in the cabinet beside him and then pickpocket him and take the 500 gold.

Repeat this over and over for infinite gold.
