Cheat:
There are no special requirements for this.

Go to a grind stone, arcane enchanter, etc. First, you have to crouch and, while crouching, activate the thing you're standing in front of.

Then go back out of the menu. It should show you (only in 1st person) as if you were crouching (you will also be able to do the roll without the perk).

If you are in third person, it will show standing and you will sprint instead of rolling.

To exit the glitch, just crouch again.
