Note: You must be in forge to do this

First, get a Spartan Laser or spawn one

Then, charge the laser as if you are going to shoot it

But right before the laser shoots, turn into editor mode (up on the D-Pad), but you have to still be holding the right trigger while going into editor mode!

Then you can fly around go up to anybody and own them!
