In forge get a spartan lazer, charge it and just when it's about to fire transform into oracle mode and you will hear the spartan lazer.
Don't move around or else the sound will go away and the chance to fire will go away also.
You can look around like turn around and stuff, than just go back into spartan mode and it will fire automatically, so you will kill anyone who is peaking around the corner.
