You will need two players for this game (it'll be a hell of a job doing it single).

Now have one player grab a spartan laser, because it's probably the best weapon for destroying a Banshee.

The other player must drive the Banshee. Then the first player fires the spartan laser and the one in the Banshee must activate the thrusters at the last second.

Of course the player in the Banshee will die but when he respawns, the Banshee wreck will appear to have it's thrusters still engaged.
