Make a box out of shield doors and put a soccer ball of golf in the box. It will start to shake rapidly.

Make a turret and place it near yje box of shield doors. Run in to the ball and your shield (top right) will start to flash red.

Get on the turret and detach. Your body will stay standing. Look one way and your clone looks the same way.

Important: you need to set your damage to 10%.
