Go into forge on any map with a Wraith. Make one in forge but hold onto it.
Look straight up and hold R and pull back on the Left analog stick to get it close to you. Go as far as you can up and drop the tank and immediately go human once you hit the ground, the tank hits you and you go flying.
If you want to die so you body looks very funny in the theater put the tank as far away from you as possible and make sure you don't go all the way up but hovering above the ground drop it. Then go human you will die and go flying.
