You will need to have defeated the scarab have a friend & yourself a tank.

Either you or your friend get out and blow up one of the tanks.

Then drive up the tank that either you or your friend blew up.

You then want to drive at an angle. When you get up there go to the farthest post.

Whip the tanks turret to the wall, then stand on your partners shoulders and jump.
