What you do is when you get to the first building to turn of the beam.

You walk through doors go down the right hallway jump on the boxes that are stacked upon each other.

Then do your double jump to get on the platform.

Then if you go straight and look right the elevator will be right there and you wont have to waste your ammo on the easy people.
