This chest has at least 100 items that are very helpful!

1. Fast travel to Dawnstar.

2. Go past the first mine and keep on going up the hill to the upper part of the town.

3. Keep walking until you reach a second mine, and there to the right of the entrance you will see two rocks side by side next to a tree. Walk towards them.

4. Walk up to the rocks, crouch and then slowly walk forwards. There you will see a "open chest" icon pop up. Press A and there you go.

The chest is full of a ton of stuff, and the best part is, that is resets every 3 minutes! The chest is 100% percent random, which means you might get a bunch of iron armor the first go, and then you might get Dragon armor instead. The chest has mostly weapons, potions, and a bit of armor.
