Go to theBlacksmiths in Shiterun and buy all the iron ingots, ore, leather and leather straps she has.

Go inside the shop and buy all the iron ingots, ore, leather and leather straps the shop keeper has.

Go outside and turn the ore into ingots and the leather into straps, then go to the Smithing machine and make as many iron daggers you can.

Then just simply sell the iron daggers to the shop keeper and sleep for 2 days for the ingots, ore and leather to regenerate. Then repeat the process until you become 100 blacksmith!

Your level will dramatically rise and it only took me approximately an hour to reach level 100.
