First you must marry Camilla in Riverwood. To do that you must complete the Golden Claw quest and speak with the guy at the Temple of Mara in Riften.
Then if you keep waiting for 24 hours ask Camilla if the store has made a profit.
Every day you will get 100 gold and if you don't collect it, the gold will stack up and you will get more.
