To find an escaped prisoner, go to Primm and find Hotel Bizun Steve.

Look left and you will see a big attraction. Go to it and walk up.

In the middle of the attraction, you will find a killer. Kill him and the another killer will appear at the start of the attraction. Kill him,and you will score XP.

Note: the killers cannot be killed until you kill all another gangsters in Primm.
