This only works with the Wild Wasteland perk that you get at the beginning of the game.

Go to the Howitzer farm (top left of the map) and there will be a destroyed silo.

Move towards the cliff. You may need to go left or right.

There will be a crashed alien space ship you can't get to as well as aliens.

Kill the aliens then search them. You will get an Alien Blaster.
