This only works with a companion. Currently I know it works with Boone and Ed-e.
Before entering a casino place any or all your weapons in your companion's inventory.
After you enter and get past the front desk and they ask for your weapons, they don't check your companion's inventory.
So simply take back your weapons from the companion!
