Go in front of a taxi and call 911 for the the police.
Go to besides the taxi and punch the taxi. The taxi driver will come and fight you.
When the police arrive stand in front of the police car and let the taxi driver punch you - don't punch the taxi driver back!
Then simply wait until the police arrest the taxi driver!
