You got to have the dial B for Bomb Achievement for this to work.

Call Packie and select (Bomb) than go to the area were the bomb is

Pick it up and you can put the bomb under a car or save it for later.

When you put the bomb under the car and want it to explode, bring up your phone and select Packie and press (detonate) for the bomb to explode!
