Go to the subway station in Huntington St (look at your subway map that came with the game).

Drive a truck or car up the stairs to the lower level.

Drive on the tracks until you get the six stars.

Stay under the bridge and if the helicopters shoot at you just drive forward or backward until they're not hitting the car and wait until you know that you have the achievement.
