Go to the airport.

When you go in you will see this ramp and at the top of the ramp there is a tunnel and at the end of tunnel it leads to a aeroplane at the beginning of the tunnel.

Go up the ramp and keep pressing X... it takes a while but you should get in and people can't shoot you but you can shoot them.

But if you want to get out you can walk out of the walls.
