If you go to the second island you can go to the 3 storey car park.

Go to the left side of it and go left 'til you reach the tables.

Then go up the little grass hill and you will be in a car park

Go to the right side of the car park at the end and look to your right you should see people.

When you see the people drive down there in a car of your choice and follow the path around the outside to splatter them all over the place.
