To do this cheat, do the spawn cheat for the Jetmax (938)-555-0100 (or any other way you can get it) when you are near the ocean.
This only works if you go near an island you haven't unlocked yet so you get 6 stars and then keep going forever.
Because there are no boundaries you can go for as long as you want.
After 5 easy minutes you will earn the achievement.
