When you start the first level in No Mercy on the roof, if you look down there are these two silver boxes together.

If you jump off the roof and land on those you will skip the whole building and you just have to run to next safe house.

Note: you will have to use a health pack if you make it. If you don't make it you'll die and probably appear in a closet near the safe house.
