On the part where you are just about to leave the Subway and you have to hit this control panel, don't hit the button.

There should be two water heaters, jump on the one closest to the button, then jump from there on to the top of the control panel and hit the button.

Then jump as quickly as you can onto the light right above the bay doors and you will be out of the zombies reach, but they can still get you if they climb the shelf next to you.
