When you get to the final round, move the two luggage containers in front of the plane by hitting them with a propane tank and then pushing them (only one player can push at a time).

Once you have started to move them, move them in front of the plane so you can hopscotch from the truck, to container, to container to the plane.

After the fuel has been started, get all four players in the center of the plane by the wings, crouch down and start to melee each other. You will hear the hunters, smokers and tanks. As long as you melee you can't get dragged off.

Keep doing this until you hear the plane captain tell you it's time to go. But, DON'T run right for the plane doors. Wait a few seconds for the door to drop, throw a pipe bomb, drop off the plane and get in.

This is not EASY. It takes some time. About 4 minutes to move the containers and about 7 minutes of melee once the horde is alerted. But, it is a lot of fun.
