This only works if there is a tank, hunter or a horde near you.

After you lower the crane you will notice a circuit breaker on the building you have to go to.
When you hear the music cue of the tank, hunter or horde angle yourself above the circuit breaker then slowly walk onto this.

If you do this correctly you become invincible and the only thing that can hit you is a concrete slab the tank throws.
