Go to the No Mercy: The Underground Tunnel.

Once you start the level, go to the part where you jump on the lift but don't go there and start it, first kill all the zombies and then go to the left side and there will be a garage door.

Melee the garage door for about 50 seconds and without dealing with any kind of horde, the garage door will break and you will get to the Underground Tunnel part!
