Go onto any level where someone can hang off a cliff (for example, the first level of No Mercy on the balcony. Jump on the ledge and walk off until you start hanging)
Have a partner slowly walk off the cliff so then he can hang there (hanging also counts as incapacitated).
Then have your partner pick you up. Repeat.
