Go talk to a guy named Walter in Megaton.
He will ask you to fix all the leaking pipes.
When your done with fixing them go talk to him again. Then tell himm you fixed them. He will give you 200 caps.
Then wait a while then talk to him again then you can tell him you fixed the pipes again then. Repeat.
