Travel to Little Lamplight, then talk to Knock Knock (the one wearing the police hat).

Tell her, "you said you're in charge of morale what does that mean" .

She then should ask you if you want to hear a joke - say, "sure lets hear one."

Go through the joke until you can either say, "that was hysterical or [speech#] that was ...um... really funny <Lie.>".

Say the second option (this requires at least some speech). You should get 5 XP.


All of this takes about 10 seconds and you can repeat it as desired.
