1. Get level 10 of gardening skill. Quickest way.. get Spoot the Llama and keep boosting karma. Keep using the learning karma power and read the books.

2. After getting to 10 of gardening you'll get a life plant seed. Plant it.

3. Once the fruit is ready to be harvested, harvest it.

4. Eat the fruit. Then, say, you're a young adult, it will start that stage over.
