Create an adult sim that is an evil kleptomaniac, then make them visit the richest houses in town every night.

Find out what the most expensive items are, then click the ground near them.

Next click "Steal Something" and your sim will rob an item.

You can only do it three times a night so try to make more than one person do it. You cannot steal if another criminal is nearby.

The next part is simple. Steal stuff every night, then after 10 or more nights, go to build and buy, to family inventory, then sell it all.
