You need to go to Forge. On Forge World go to the ocean part.
You make bridges in a circle and put rocks in the middle (you must have two or more people).
In the air you put a building and a teleporter. In a rock you put a teleporter.
Then you get a jet pack for the human and camouflage for the shark.
The shark gets an energy sword and the human gets a sniper.
