You need a Hologram Armor Ability and Mounted Machine Gun.

You pick up the Hologram, and empty your weapons (note: this will not work with Energy Swords. They take too long to empty).

Then you rip off the turret, and press RB, LB, and B while running backwards.

It does work online and offline, but you cannot attack.

Leave the area, because you can still pick up weapons, just by running over them.
It may take a few tries, though.
