After you get the Guass hog when you activate the AA GUN you destroy all of the revenents then you pull up next to the barricade in the base entrance.

You walk over and get armor lock (it doesn't matter if you already have it) then you fully charge armor lock next to the barricade and it will flip the warthog over. It may not work on your first try.

Also sometimes when it asks you if you want to turn the hog over it will flip over the barricades. Then you kill the jackals and elites (I usually chase the one that runs away and shoot him with the Guass turret then go back and shoot the hunters).

It usually takes two shots to kill them. This cheat takes time but is a quick and easy way to actually kill the hunters.
