When you first start the match on the COG Spawn you run straight until you pass the car that is stuck onto the rail (on your left), then you make a right turn to a little barricade (there are three of them on both sides of the map).
Next, you take cover, while in cover move your camera directly above you (helicopter mode) then tilt the left analog stick so it'll show the jumpover icon.
Next, you quickly move the stick down and A down at the same time really fast, then you will jump back a little or levitate.
When you do that you must either press down on the joystick, A, and B at the same time or just down and A.
Then you will Kung Fu Flip on to the planter, from there you will be able to hide out until the time runs out (if you are the last man alive on your team).
