There are 3 helicopter races in Stilwater.
The first one is at the Saints Row district by the hospital.
The second one is at Downtown district in Brighton by the bridge.
The third one is by Humbolt Park in the Museum district.
After that go to a crib with a helipad. Then go to your heli garage and search for it. The Saints Oppressor should be gold and purple with the Saints symbol on it.
