1. Go to any Fuzz activity and start any level.
2. When it starts make sure that the cameraman goes with you. After you've driven to the area go to the red blip on the radar.
3. When you get there get out of the vehicle and kill the cameraman. When his life timer starts going down wait until it gets to about 4 seconds.
4. When it gets to 4 seconds start pressing the pause button repeatedly. Keep pressing it until the Fuzz timer goes away.
5. It will take a while for this to work so be patient.
6. When it does work, save your game, then load it again.
