Cheat:
To do this, you must have access to the arcane university or frostcrag spire so that you can make spells.
The spells you will need to make are for illusion: charm, on target, with the magnitude all the way down and the area all the way up.
For restoration you will want a restore health spell which is on target, with the magnitude all the way down and the area a pretty good amount (don't turn it up too much or you might not be able to cast because of level or magicka).
Now after you have made those spells, find a group of people (I use the little mage class near the spell altar room at the arcane university, there are about 5-7 people) and keep casting it on a spot in the middle of them so it hits all of them for maximum xp :)
And thats pretty much all there is to it, just keep tapping RB while the spell is equipped.
