Cheat:
Note: This tip only works if you have completed the Dagon Shrine segment of the Main Quest. You should be at least level 23 for this to have the most positive effect.

Enter the Chorrol Oblivion Gate. Turn around, and you will see an odd sight, a citadel is halfway submerged in the lava.
Go to the northern side of it and you will see a collapsed gate, halfway submerged in lava as well, which can be used as a bridge to cross over.
Then jump to the island north of you.
Then jump to the next island to the northeast of you.
At the far end of it there will be a door to the Fume Vaults, well hidden, it is easiest seen on your map.
Once inside kill all the baddies and enter the next door, Which leads to the Embers of Hatred, the collapsed citadel!
When you enter a gate will open and you will have to fight 2 "Hate Keepers", each containing a key of Dark Hate.

Go up the tower until you reach 2 "The Punished".
Search them and you will find Hatred's Heart, a Deadric mace with 35 fire damage and 35 drain speeed effect.
In the other one you will find Hatred's Soul, a Daedric bow with the same magical effects as the mace, and you will also find 13 soul trap arrows.
These items do around alot more damge than standard deadric items.
