Cheat:
Items needed:

1. Any enchanted item (I prefer apothesis); and

2. Some scrolls (about 4 of one type).

First duplicate the enchanted weapon by about 4, then hotkey the group to anywhere on the D-pad.

Equip the weapon using the D-pad, use it a couple times (about 2-4), then unequip it using the D-pad, then equip it again.

If you look at the charge it should be full now.

Note: the weapon needs to have more than 2 or 3 charge.
