Cheat:
1) Go to the Five Claws Lodge sign.
2) Run into it so it swings back and forth.
3) When it's swinging towards you, jump towards the sign
4) If timed right, for a second it will act as a platform for you.
5) Quickly jump onto the roof of the Five Claws Lodge.
6) Jump onto the second part of the roof(the higher part) that is directly to your left

Now the tricky part. Unequip everything you have. Armor, weapons, necklaces, everything, so that you will run really fast and jump farther. Stand back a little, then run towards the corner of the roof, and then jump as you are at the tip top of the roof, right before you get to the other side and start sliding down or fall off.

If done right, you will be on the wall and then can jump out of Leyawinn.
