Go to the mission South Hall and rappel down the rope.

Then take out your desert eagle (if you dont have it you can use another pistol).

Tell your teammates to stay in place and rappel down that.

When you get the the window turn upside down.

If you shoot them in the chest they will die (there are some more people behind the wall if you shoot the edge of the wall you will get assault points).
