Go to the mission Penthouse and kill the sniper to the left and the 2 other guys coming up the stairs.

Tell your teammates to stay in place, take your C4 and go down stairs.

Crouch open the door and throw a C4.

When you throw it push be fast so that it will blow up when you throw it.

You can do this as many times as you like until you get your assault points up.
